Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn).

    • Analyze social media metrics to guide future campaigns and improve engagement.

  • Event Assistance:

    • Assist in video recording and live coverage during company events.

    • Support event setup and coordination as needed.

  • Sales Support:

    • Provide assistance in product sales which may include setting up product displays, managing inventory, or assisting with orders.

    • Engage with customers and respond to sales-related inquiries.

  • Marketing Material Development:

    • Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.

    • Collaborate with the team to align materials with brand guidelines.

  • Business Meeting Participation:

    • Attend business meetings to take notes and contribute ideas.

    • Follow up on meeting action items as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

    • Skilled in video recording and basic editing.

    • Competent in using marketing tools (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite).

    • Familiarity with sales software.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to create engaging and grammatically correct content.

    • Capable of effectively communicating with team members, clients, and partners.

  • Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Adaptability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.

  • Sales and Customer Service:

    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

    • Friendly and approachable demeanor.

  • Others:

    • Willingness to attend events outside regular office hours.

    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
